The second North Louisiana transplant at LVCC, Dr. Alex Williams, was raised in Shreveport, LA. She found a passion for horseback riding at a young age and her love for animals grew from there. After graduating from Byrd High School, she received a bachelor in science degree at LSU and graduated from LSU school of veterinary medicine in 2020.

Dr. Alex lives with a Great Pyrenees and a black lab, who bring great joy to her life. In her free time, Dr. Alex enjoys taking her dogs to the park, cooking and spending time with friends.
