We believe the key to a long, happy life for your pet starts with proactive care. Our Wellness Plans are designed to make routine veterinary care simple, predictable, and affordable—so your pet stays healthy year-round, and you can plan ahead with confidence.

Whether you share your home with a curious kitten, a playful pup, or a senior companion, there’s a plan tailored to their stage of life. Each plan includes essential preventive services such as comprehensive exams, vaccinations, wellness lab work, and parasite screenings, plus the option to add dental care or senior diagnostics. By spreading the cost of preventive care into manageable monthly payments, you can give your pet consistent care without the surprise of large, one-time bills.

Our Canine Wellness Plans cover everything from annual checkups and core vaccines to dental and senior options for dogs who need a little extra attention. Likewise, our Feline Wellness Plans are customized for cats—offering age-appropriate vaccines, wellness testing, and even dental packages designed to support long-term health.

Thank you so much for trusting us with the care of your pets! We’re excited to share that our Lafayette Pets Vet2Pet app will be retired and replaced with our new and improved PetPage app as of October 31, 2025.

With PetPage, you’ll enjoy the same convenience you’re used to—plus even more ways to stay connected with your pet’s care. Here’s what you can look forward to:

“In the Know” – Fall Health Tips for Your Pet

As the season transitions, here are a few key reminders to keep your pets safe, comfortable, and thriving:

• Watch the weather shift. Cooler air means less heat stress—but pets still need attention. Dogs with thick coats may still overheat during active play; conversely, short-haired or senior pets may feel the chill more.

• Parasite prevention matters year-round. Fleas, ticks, and heartworms don’t always take a vacation. Fall may bring leaves—but parasites can still pose risks. Make sure your monthly prevention continues.

• Stay active, but adjust routines. Shorter days may mean fewer evening walks. Keep up activity by varying your routine (e.g., morning walks, indoor play) to avoid weight gain.

• Monitoring diet & weight. With cooler weather we may do less outside and more lounging indoors. Keep an eye on treats and portion sizes to support a healthy body condition.

• Dental health counts. Did you know dental disease can impact overall health? It’s a good time to schedule an oral exam or consider a dental-only wellness plan.

• Safety around seasonal changes. Fall decorations, pumpkins, leaves, festive plans like mums or poinsettias, even moldy yard debris—all can bring novel risks (ingestion, allergies, toxins). Keep curious pets supervised.

• Schedule your senior pet’s wellness visit. If your pet is entering the “senior” phase (typically 7+ years for a medium dog; 10+ for large breeds; 8+ for cats) we recommend a senior wellness profile including lab work, urinalysis, thyroid/kidney panels, radiographs. Open 7 days a week, The Playground gives dogs a safe, engaging space to exercise, socialize, and have fun—whether you’re at work, running errands, or just want your pup to enjoy playtime with friends. Our team goes above and beyond to ensure every dog has a positive, enriching experience. Curbside drop-off and pick-up make daycare easy and convenient for pets and parents alike.

We also host Howliday Pawties year-round, with themed fun for every season—from Mardi Gras and summer splash events to Halloween and holiday festivities. Each Pawty includes supervised play, themed photos, and special treats.
